About the Role

Bolton Clarke is seeking a skilled Schedule Coordinator to join our team in Rockhampton. As a Schedule Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of client visits, minimizing staff travel and non-direct tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in scheduling client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the appropriate areas.
  • Receive and respond to calls from clients and external providers in a timely manner.
  • Work with the Roster Coordinator to ensure resources meet client demand.
  • Liaise with staff regarding schedule changes.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, including navigation of multiple platforms.
  • Solid experience in administration.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Willingness to obtain annual flu vaccinations.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player.
