
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide. This role will provide exceptional support across various administrative functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public with their inquiries.
- Maintaining the office environment, including meeting spaces, facilities, and catering services.
- Providing administrative support to the manager and wider team, including tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and document management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential.
