Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Adelaide, South Australia. You will work collaboratively with our team to maintain a safe and structured environment.

As an administrative support specialist, you will have a regular Monday to Friday schedule and opportunities for career growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating staff rosters to ensure optimal shift coverage
  • Supporting professional visit scheduling and handling general visit inquiries
  • Managing switchboard operations and fielding incoming calls with professionalism
  • Completing data entry and supporting key administrative processes including medical administration
  • Liaising with operational managers and workforce management teams to support daily staffing needs
  • Upholding confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all administrative functions
Requirements & Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and efficiency within systems
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and helpful phone demeanor
  • The ability to interact with a range of stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of rostering and payroll systems is highly desirable
