Job Title: Reception and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an organised and professional Reception and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming experience while maintaining a high level of administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide a professional welcome
  • Answer and direct calls with efficiency and care
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team
  • Maintain reception and office areas to a high standard
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:

  • Current driver's licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive approach
  • Previous admin/reception experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within an administration/clerical role
  • Experience in a mechanical service type business is desirable
  • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment
  • Proven experience dealing with both internal and external customers
