Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will oversee high-performing teams to drive business outcomes and provide guidance to senior stakeholders.

A key function of the team is to operate independently, promoting objectivity and independence in analysis and advice. Major work functions include:

  • Developing plans, reports, and decision support for senior management;
  • Providing commercial and strategic advice to senior stakeholders;
  • Supporting senior executives and stakeholders;
  • Providing a holistic view of financial performance across the organization; and
  • Leading a team of direct (5) and indirect (13) reports.

This role requires strong leadership skills, including experience building and managing high-performing teams, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.
