About This Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and performance measurement methodologies. - Developing and implementing effective performance and attribution strategies

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance and attribution
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics is required, with advanced degrees preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in investment performance analysis, attribution, and strategic leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in people management.
