Cyber Security Maturity Specialist

Australian energy market operator is seeking a senior cyber security professional to drive the development and execution of initiatives that enhance the maturity of cybersecurity across Australia's energy sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in supporting critical infrastructure, resilience, and cybersecurity within the energy sector. They will also demonstrate effective analytical and communication skills, knowledge of relevant security control and maturity frameworks, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and travel interstate.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the delivery of complex outcomes in support of the energy markets' cybersecurity team.
- Maintaining relationships and engaging with stakeholders across government, industry, and academia.
- Reviewing and applying AEMO's cybersecurity standards to market participants.
- Contributing to the review and refinement of sector-specific cybersecurity maturity frameworks and reporting on security preparedness.
