Senior Cyber Analyst

Description
  • We are seeking a Senior Cyber Analyst to join our team in the energy sector. As a key member of our Energy Markets Cyber Coordination team, you will play a critical role in supporting cyber security maturity and capability uplift across Australia's energy sector.
  • You will work closely with government authorities and industry stakeholders to coordinate effective responses to cyber security incidents, enhance frameworks used to inform cyber security maturity uplift, and promote a shared understanding of the cyber threat environment.
About the Role
  • Delivery and ownership of complex outcomes in support of the Energy Markets Cyber Coordination team's responsibilities relating to cyber maturity uplift.
  • Maintaining contacts and engaging with stakeholders across government, industry, and academia.
  • Identifying and reviewing AEMO cyber security standards applying to market participants.
  • Supporting review and refinement of sector-specific cyber maturity frameworks and reporting on security preparedness of the sector.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the energy sector supporting critical infrastructure, resilience and cyber security initiatives.
  • Effective analysis and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of security control and maturity frameworks relevant to the energy sector.
