IT Support Specialist Level 2

This is a full-time role within our Technology Department, where you will be part of a supportive and knowledgeable team. The primary purpose of the role is to provide second-tier service desk support and manage technical support for Michael Hill employees.
About the Opportunity
- Provide exceptional customer care to our staff.
- Act as the point of contact for all Michael Hill employees seeking SAAS assistance over the phone and via Fresh Desk Ticketing Environment.
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes and escalate issues where required.
- Offer technical support by remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and asking pertinent questions.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience supporting hardware with Windows and MAC Operating Systems (preferred).
- ITIL foundation certification (preferred).
- 2+ year's experience in IT Service Desk/ Helpdesk role
