Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Intro Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative tasks and is looking for a new challenge.

  • Liaise with field staff: Coordinate with sales managers and installers.
  • Booking & scheduling: Manage bookings, pricing, and communication with internal staff and clients.
  • Administrative tasks: Create purchase orders, track and enter invoices, and manage installation, dismantle, and hire schedules.
  • Documentation: Produce project-specific safety and handover documents.
  • Retail support: Help set up and maintain the retail showroom. Assist with data entry and stock management for the online and physical safety equipment store.
  • Receive deliveries.
  • Handle occasional walk-ins and assist with retail purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Reception/Admin role.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems, including MS Office Suite and various project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills.
