The Ingram Micro platform onboarding expert will be responsible for supporting and guiding resellers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to the Ingram Micro platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Ingram Micro platform and its features.
  • Provide enablement and support to resellers during the onboarding process.
  • Identify and address any platform queries or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of new resellers.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to support future resellers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and IT provider services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
