Job Summary
The Customer Success Business Partner will be responsible for onboarding net new and current long tail resellers, providing quality guidance and support through shared mailboxes, and offering enablement to existing partners on an ad-hoc basis. The primary focus will be driving great platform adoption among new and long tail partners.
About the Role
This role is based in our office at the Innovation Centre of Sunshine Coast University, Sunshine Coast. You will primarily support Australia but also provide support to Singapore and New Zealand when available.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new resellers to Ingram Micro
- Call resellers to understand their business and decide if they fit Ingram Micro's needs
- Provide enablement and success sessions on the Xvantage platform
- Capture insights on new partners in CRM to support go-to-market selling efforts
- Identify vendor opportunities and introduce to relevant vendor sales teams
- Hand over partners to assigned owners within Ingram Micro
- Manage platform queries through a shared team mailbox
- Offer ad-hoc enablement over Teams or phone
- Communicate with long tail partners through email and calls
- Enable and guide resellers in using Ingram Micro's Xvantage platform
- Triage resellers to broader Ingram Micro sales teams
- Support partners across Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand
- Onboard every net new reseller joining Ingram Micro
Requirements
- Experience in the IT industry, with some understanding of the cloud and IT provider space
- Proven experience in customer communication across telephone, email, and video conferencing (Teams)
- Excellent building customer rapport skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
- Fluent and clear English speaker
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A high-level understanding of business functions
