This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in Incident Management and Prevention.

About the Position:
  • Drive root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve major incidents within contracted service level agreements.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure seamless incident response.
  • Regularly review processes to optimize performance.
  • Implement continuous service improvement initiatives to prevent incidents.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Incident Management and Prevention, with a good understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and applications. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and team working abilities.

A high degree of adaptability and flexibility is required to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The ability to manage global meetings and incident resolution meetings is highly desirable.
