  • Drive Root Cause Analysis and produce comprehensive documentation
  • Provide regular professional communication on major incidents within contracted SLAs
  • Coordinate between multiple teams
  • Liaise with stakeholders
  • Regularly review and drive resolution
  • Identify changes in support processes and adjust the Incident Management process accordingly
  • Drive continuous service improvement and incident avoidance
  • Create and maintain a Risk Register
  • Maintain and develop people, processes, and tools

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Incident Management and Prevention
  • Sound understanding of IT Infrastructure, Operating Systems, and Applications
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience in managing global meetings and incident resolution meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working capabilities
  • Focused, proactive, organized

You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Incident Management and Prevention. Your expertise spans IT Infrastructure, Operating Systems, and Applications, and you possess a sound understanding of ITIL.

You are passionate about Customer Care and possess excellent interpersonal and team working capabilities. You are focused, proactive, and organized, with a strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
