We are seeking a skilled Injury Prevention Specialist to provide exceptional support and care to our associates who have experienced injuries or illnesses.

As an Injury Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best-practice injury management strategies, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislative frameworks.

Key responsibilities include acting as the point of notification and contact for associates regarding incidents or injuries, driving stakeholder compliance with return-to-work programs, and proactively managing workers compensation claims to minimize lost time and facilitate sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Additional responsibilities include advising, coaching, and supporting injured associates, managers, HR, WHS, and other relevant stakeholders on return-to-work processes, facilitating training and development initiatives, and assisting in the development and implementation of organizational workers compensation processes and initiatives.

For this role, we are seeking individuals with proven industry experience in case management across multiple states workers compensation frameworks, solid understanding of evidence-based recovery at work approaches, biopsychosocial approach to health, and demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written). Experience with occupational injury management/recovery at work programs, claims performance reporting, and training/coaching business stakeholders on evidence-based injury management are also highly valued.
