The Incident and Prevention Manager is responsible for processes for Incident, Problem, Event and Risk Management.
This role is also responsible for ensuring proactive Problem Management, Event Management and Risk Management are in place and working successfully.
**Responsibilities**:
- Driving Root Cause Analysis and producing documentation
- Providing regular professional communication on major incidents within contracted SLAs
- Co-ordination between multiple teams
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Regularly reviews
- Driving resolution
- Identifying changes in the support processes and change the Incident Management process accordingly
- Driving continuous service improvement and incident avoidances
- Creating and maintaining a Risk Register
- Maintaining and developing the people, processes and tools
Experience
- Strong background in Incident Management and Prevention
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Operating Systems and Applications
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Experience in managing global meetings and incident resolution meetings
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Excellent Interpersonal and team working capabilities
- Focused, pro-active, organised
- Passionate about Customer Care
- Process driven
- Multi-cultural experience a distinct advantage
