Key Role in Integrated Media Solutions

The Client Insights Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting a cross-functional team that crafts and implements integrated media solutions, identifying business opportunities for clients across various sectors.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in the strategic development and delivery of national advertising campaigns
  • Manage the output and quality of data and insights across major client briefs, driving key business decisions
  • Identify and influence brand, category, and audience thought leadership and trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams, external agencies, and clients to provide powerful, data-driven insights, informing strategic initiatives
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience working in sales, media, product, or integration teams within media, advertising, marketing, or publishing industries
  • Knowledge of relevant audience tools and survey building platforms, including Nielsen, Adobe Analytics, and Asteroid (Roy Morgan)
  • Familiarity with statistical research packages, including SPSS, Q Software
  • Exposure to both qualitative and quantitative research practices, with expertise in leveraging these methodologies to drive business outcomes
  • Ability to lead and unlock insights to support strategic thinking, influencing key business decisions
