About the Role

As a seasoned data strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will delve into Xero's vast datasets, wrangling intricate and messy data to contribute to our collective understanding of the value contained in our data stores. By applying sound scientific methods, you will drive product development, lead hypothesis-driven experimentation, and deliver measurable impact through robust testing.

In this role, you will maintain high personal coding standards, collaborating with other scientists and engineers to produce reliable and reproducible code. You will also work alongside engineers to design and operate end-to-end pipelines that support data-intensive applications at Xero.
