AI Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Expert to partner with our clients in shaping their data-driven strategies and driving impactful business outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that leverage the power of AI and data analytics. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying business opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and implementing successful transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions that deliver actionable insights and drive business value.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of transformation initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 12+ years of experience in AI, data science, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a client-facing consulting or presales capacity.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects end-to-end, from opportunity qualification through to contract signature.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of modern data platforms, migration patterns, and AI/ML tooling.
  • Excellent storytelling and workshop-facilitation skills to communicate complex concepts to C-suite and technical teams alike.
