The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Metrics Analyst to join our team, driving the analysis of market intelligence to inform strategic marketing and investment decisions. As a key member of our Insights and Analytics Unit, you will collaborate closely with external market research providers and internal stakeholders to centralise research efforts and identify opportunities for greater efficiencies and shared insights.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyse market data to guide strategic decision-making
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing data-driven advice to inform business strategies
  • Tracking key performance indicators to measure success
  • Delivering strategic insights and business intelligence to drive impactful outcomes

A comprehensive understanding of qualitative and quantitative research tools, services, and methodologies is essential for this role. You should possess analytical expertise to transform data into actionable insights that inform decisions and drive solutions. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Mixpanel or Looker is also required.
