**Job Description**:

- We invite you to consider the exciting role of a HR Business Partner (PSBP) based at our Customer Care Centre in Ballarat. This role reports to the HR Director based in Brisbane and is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced generalist with experience is all areas of HR.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive employee engagement and onboarding.
- Proactively manage attrition and absenteeism.
- Provide IR/ER support to the Ballarat delivery Management Team.
- Ensure administration and follow through of the various HR initiatives, policies & activities driven by the Group.
- Champion of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives for the Customer Care Centre in Ballarat.
- Contribute to the review and development of HR initiatives and policies
- Play a vital role in annual talent management, succession planning, and workforce development to boost performance, promotions, and merit cycles.
- Provide coaching and training to empower leaders in handling complex people issues proactively and effectively.
- Prepare reports, submissions, briefing notes, and correspondence related to various people solution issues.
- Deliver all HRIS administration tasks.
- Participate in recruitment as required

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Ideally you will have experience working in an HR Generalist capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in case management.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with our high performing delivery teams.
