Chief People Officer

As our Chief People Officer, you will be the voice of our people at the executive table, reporting directly to the CEO.

You'll lead with integrity, ensuring our workforce strategies and initiatives reflect our values and support our mission.

  • Lead a passionate, multi-disciplinary team focused on safety, inclusion, and cultural excellence.
  • Embed our values, vision, and purpose into every part of the employee journey.
  • Champion diversity, equity, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives that matter.
  • Develop and deliver people strategies that strengthen capability and resilience.
  • Provide trusted advice on workforce, industrial, and cultural matters.
  • Partner with the CEO, board committees, and leaders to ensure our people strategy aligns with strategic and organisational goals.
