Project Coordinations Specialist

The General Workshop Rebuilds team at WesTrac is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join the Tomago Branch.

This role will see you providing high-level administrative support to project managers and coordinators, as well as first-class service to internal and external customers. The position involves a range of tasks such as work order management, data entry, record-keeping, documentation creation, timesheet accuracy, and general administration duties within the branch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective support to project coordinators
  • Creating and managing work orders
  • Preparing workshop handover scope documents
  • Managing parts ordering and warranty claims
  • Coordinating work in progress and processing purchase orders
  • Updating work schedules and cost allocation
  • Booking training and maintaining training matrices
  • Updating team intranet sites
  • Data entry and general administration duties

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administration role
  • Business administration qualification or equivalent
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
