About the Role

DoorDash Technologies Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join the Enterprise Restaurant team. This role will focus on promoting the strategy, project planning, and relationship management of some of our largest clients.

The Enterprise Restaurant team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest businesses in Australia. As a Senior Associate, you will be an essential piece of DoorDash's success in every market in which we operate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own important reporting needs with our clients to provide insights
  • Project manage large-scale enterprise merchant launches and initiatives for our top brands and oversee continued operational success for existing clients
  • Oversee partner-specific needs, such as POS integrations, customized reporting, menu optimization, merchant marketing, and operational improvements
  • Work cross-functionally and serve as the liaison between our partners and DoorDash teams
  • Build direct relationships with important partners throughout each brand, ensuring client needs are met at all levels

Requirements:

  • Years of experience working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work directly with clients and create and maintain long-term relationships
  • Ability to take broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear goals
