About the Role

DoorDash Technologies Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join the Enterprise Restaurant team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in promoting the strategy, project planning, and relationship management of our largest clients.

The Enterprise Restaurant team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest businesses in Australia. As a Senior Associate, you will be an essential part of DoorDash's success in every market in which we operate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own important reporting needs with our clients to provide insights and drive business growth.
  • Project manage large-scale enterprise merchant launches and initiatives for our top brands, ensuring continued operational success for existing clients.
  • Oversee partner-specific needs, including POS integrations, customized reporting, menu optimization, merchant marketing, and operational improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally and serve as the liaison between our partners and DoorDash teams, building direct relationships with important partners throughout each brand.
  • Report directly to the Strategic Engagement Manager Lead Enterprise Partnerships.
Requirements
  • 1.5 - 4 years of experience working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work directly with clients, creating and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Capacity to take broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear goals.
