About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Data Specialist to join our team at Programmed. As an Asset Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective asset management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on asset condition, life cycle, and risk management to inform asset management decisions.
  • Asset Management Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of asset management plans, including the identification of asset renewal and refurbishment needs.
  • Infrastructure Asset Revaluations: Facilitate the attainment of yearly infrastructure asset revaluations, including roads, parks, and stormwater assets.
  • Data Input and Maintenance: Carry out site inspections and input data into the organization's asset knowledge database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Performance Modelling and Reporting: Analyze data and create reports to support business units in their decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Experience with ASPEC Data Specification: Proven experience with ASPEC Data Specification or similar data management systems.
  • Infrastructure Asset Management Knowledge: Sound knowledge of infrastructure asset management principles, including inspection, assessment, and reporting.
  • Asset Management Information Systems: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of asset management principles and practices, including experience with asset management information systems and processes.
  • Qualifications and Certifications: Able to provide a National Police check and hold a valid driver's license. Desirable qualifications include an Associate Diploma in an asset management-related field.
