About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EPMO Specialist to join our team at Flexhive. As an EPMO Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and mentoring business leaders, project managers, and external partners to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide core project leadership, management, and development services for a portfolio or program of projects.
  • Project Planning: Manage the development of scopes, goals, deliverables, and KPIs for projects, including timelines, tasks, resources, and risks.
  • Investment Planning: Prepare investment plans, including business cases for multiple initiatives.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor programs of work and prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and data.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in program/project management, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of multiple, complex programs or projects and the management of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication skills, integrated, analytical, and systematic approach to problem-solving, ability to provide meaningful insights and compelling cases to support business initiatives.
