- Customer Service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements, including airport regulations and airline standards.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in ground handling services at an Australian airport.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in people management, with a strong ability to confidently and effectively manage people.

- Thorough grasp of airline customer expectations regarding safety and compliance.
- Ability to meet deadlines, maintain high standards, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
