**ABOUT THE ROLE**
In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers. As a Check-In Crew member, you will be responsible for greeting customers with a smile, ensuring travel documents meet requirements, assigning seats, preparing and issuing boarding passes, managing baggage, assisting with gate boarding, and handling passenger marshalling and disruption management. Your efforts will make a significant impact on travellers’ journeys.
**YOUR DUTIES**
- Greet customers warmly at check-in.
- Process and verify travel documents.
- Assign seats and issue boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers.
- Assist with gate boarding procedures.
- Marshal passengers and manage disruptions as needed.

- Hourly base rate is $26.10 exclusive of shift penalties and superannuation.
- 11.5% Superannuation contributions.
- Shift penalties for early morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Additional pay for weekend work (time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays).

**ESSENTIALS**
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
- Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays (e.g., Christmas).
- Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
- Ability to work any shift from 05:00 to 23:00.
- Capacity to be able to work between 20 - 25 hours per week.
- Availability for 2 weeks of full-time paid training.
