Job Title: Site Support Coordinator

Site Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to manage our remote sites around Perth.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in administration roles, with at least 2 years' experience as a Site Administrator or Maintenance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain site records, including machine hours, purchase orders, back charges documents, and fuel usage.
  • Timesheet Entry for employees and subcontractors
  • Maintaining and scheduling rosters
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders, cross referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts.
  • Costing and invoicing of jobs - Create breakdowns and quotes.
  • Maintaining training records and assisting in booking training and inductions
  • Facilitate new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork and accommodation
  • Assist with maintenance and upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in administration roles
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Site Administrator or Maintenance Administrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organisation skills, multi-tasking and prioritising effectively
  • Strong communication and people skills, comfortable integrating into diverse teams and building relationships with workmates
  • Self-motivated, high-energy and delivering quality outcomes
  • Full working rights within Australia and a valid current Australia Drivers Licence
