  • Supporting staff with inquiries and weekly timesheet submissions
  • Assisting with mobilization requirements and procurement activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in site administration or coordination roles
  • Proficient knowledge of administrative systems and Microsoft Office suite capabilities including Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with strong remote relationship-building abilities
  • SAP experience is desirable
