Maintenance Administrator

This role is ideal for a site administrator seeking a new opportunity to transition out of the FIFO lifestyle while still working in a similar field.

Based at our office, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to manage our remote sites around Perth.

  • Key responsibilities include maintaining site records, timesheet entry, roster management, and facilitating new starters.
  • Assist with costing and invoicing of jobs, training record maintenance, and database upkeep.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience in administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisation skills, excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

The role offers a competitive salary, Monday to Friday roster, and central office location.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain site records, including daily machine hours, receipt purchase orders, create back charges documents, and fuel usage.
  • Timesheet Entry for employees and subcontractors
  • Maintaining and scheduling rosters
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders, including cross referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts.
  • Costing and invoicing of jobs - Create breakdowns and quotes.
  • Maintaining training records and assisting in the booking of training and inductions
  • Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork and accommodation
  • Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers
