About the Role

The position is responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver executive support, research, and recommendations to senior management. This involves ensuring effective operational management of financial, correspondence, and administrative elements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level strategic advice to senior management on policy implementation and project delivery.
  • Contribute to the strategic management of the department's property portfolio, including project planning, development, and implementation.
  • Lead a team of professionals in policy, finance, and administration.
  • Research and prepare responses to Ministerial and departmental correspondence.
  • Coordinate branch correspondence and document control.
  • Develop and coordinate branch policy and procedures.
  • Manage administrative and reporting systems.
  • Monitor branch establishment and oversee implementation of the planning and reporting framework.
  • Co-ordinate meetings and liaison activities with stakeholders and staff member groups.
