We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Maitland, NSW. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining a smooth IT experience across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support (Level 2) for hardware and software issues across over 130 locations nationwide.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the rollout of IT roadmap projects, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.
  • Support new site setups, offer training, and maintain compliance with IT policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Azure Cloud, Cyber Security (Essential 8 and/or NIST), and networking basics.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and experience with remote support tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
