Hotel Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage the daily operations of our hotels worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining profitability while adhering to international hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all hotel operations across departments.
  • Evaluate and improve guest satisfaction levels and handle feedback effectively.
  • Manage and lead hotel staff, including training, performance, and scheduling.
  • Monitor and control financial reports and costs for optimal profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Track inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and implement service improvements.
  • Maintain open communication with corporate teams and stakeholders on operational goals and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in hospitality is required.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities are necessary.
  • Knowledge of hospitality software is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience working in luxury or boutique hotels is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in multicultural environments is a must.
