Our company is seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Learning and Development Manager. This is a key position that will play a crucial part in driving our learning and development activities across all areas of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing e-learning frameworks and in-person programs, including regularly reviewing and updating them to suit our growing business needs.

This role will also involve leading the delivery of our revitalized induction program, championing our apprentice program to support the future of our workforce, and supporting emerging leaders and internal talent initiatives.

You will be working in a small but highly motivated HR team who are dedicated to making a positive impact on our organization. We work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office-based and remote work, allowing you to have a better work-life balance.

We are looking for someone with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, as well as extensive experience in managing large portfolios of projects. You will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
