Talent Acquisition Expert - Hospitality Recruitment

Are you a skilled professional with a passion for hospitality and recruitment? We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team in managing end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of hospitality roles.

The Role:

Talent Acquisition Expert - Volume & Hospitality | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, screening, assessments, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide expert guidance and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Take a proactive approach to sourcing and talent pooling to meet future workforce needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop deep knowledge of your recruitment areas.
  • Champion our values and employer brand throughout the candidate experience.
Requirements:

Proven experience in volume recruitment, ideally within a large, complex organisation or internal TA function.

A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding service through people.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders.

A proactive mindset with demonstrated success in sourcing and pipelining talent.

What You Will Achieve:

As a Talent Acquisition Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that attract and engage top talent in the hospitality industry. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions to meet these requirements.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and other key stakeholders. This will involve communicating effectively, providing regular updates, and ensuring that all parties are aligned with our recruitment goals.

In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing recruitment metrics and developing insights to inform our recruitment strategy. This will involve collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.

Overall, as a Talent Acquisition Expert, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our recruitment goals and drive business success in the hospitality industry.
