About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our national team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, with a passion for business partnering and strategic sourcing.
- Manage a dedicated client portfolio and provide guidance to senior leaders and hiring managers on matters related to talent attraction, brand, and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with our Global Mobility team and Partners to identify and engage domestic and international talent.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Develop productive stakeholder relationships across your service lines.
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from talent pipelining to working with internal teams for onboarding processes.
- Effectively promote our value proposition to candidates, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Partner with our People & Culture team to deliver exceptional client service.
You will be an individual with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to build trust and rapport. Experience in driving employer brand via digital platforms and talent pooling is highly desirable.
