Expert Financial Services Professional

Our wealth management division seeks an experienced professional to support its legal operations. This individual will provide high-quality commercial legal advice and work closely with stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of superannuation law, including expertise in the SIS Act and Corporations Act (especially Chapter 7), as well as experience managing regulatory change.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in advising on trust-related matters, and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

Requirements
  • 5-8 years' PQE with a strong track record in superannuation law.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply ASIC regulatory guidance and APRA Prudential Standards.
  • Experience in advising on trust property management, fiduciary obligations, and superannuation fund governance frameworks and policies.
  • Excellent legal analysis, problem-solving, and writing skills.
  • Strong professionalism and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
