Patient Experience Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the development, implementation and sustainability of our Patient Reported Measures Program in Northern Sydney.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, consumers, clinicians, Primary Health Networks and Primary Health Care staff to implement and sustain the program.
- Utilize project management skills, including planning, change management, problem solving, stakeholder influence and negotiation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
