- Champion a framework promoting elevating human experience.
About the Role:
This is a leadership position that requires expertise in patient and carer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient, carer, and consumer experience within the district.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contemporary issues, challenges, and directions for human, patient, carer, and consumer experience within NSW Health and broader national and international domains.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent experience in leadership, project management, or a combination of work and study.
- Proven experience in patient, carer, and consumer experience program development, implementation, and management in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analysis skills at senior management level, with a track record of formulating new approaches, leading change programs, and improvement strategies resulting in significant improvements in healthcare delivery.
- High-level written and oral communication skills, consultation, negotiation, facilitation, presentation, consensus building, and stakeholder management skills.
