About the Position

The Facilities Management Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional facilities services across a national retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage essential services, including air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety systems.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and optimize energy and water consumption.
