Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager
About the RoleFoster exceptional facilities management in a national retail portfolio. Develop strong relationships with tenants, prepare detailed reports, oversee key contracts, and drive set objectives.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 4 retail centres in Sydney and NSW Central Coast. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strategic thinking skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with other team members.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular presentation inspections for all shopping centre assets.
- Perform monthly property inspections for all shopping centre assets.
- Provide technical and maintenance advice across a portfolio of retail centers.
- Sources services to ensure all technical, risk, and statutory requirements are satisfied and within budget.
- Manage essential services, including air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety systems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and tenant representatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of compliance, risk, and sustainability targets and KPIs.
- Optimize building operations to design standards.
- Monitor and manage energy and water consumption.
- Independently manage smaller-scale capital expenditure improvements.
- Prepare detailed monthly activity reports.

Requirements
Two plus years of experience in facilities and/or property industry, building trade background preferred but not essential. Significant work experience and demonstrated success in a similar role or related industry.
