We are seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in progressing an integrated continuing professional development and quality program relevant to their professional requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the departmental head with day-to-day management, including managing relationships with radiologists.
  • Have a leadership role in progressing an integrated continuing professional development and quality program.
  • Be responsible for managing a multimodality imaging department and have knowledge of RANZCR Accreditation guidelines and ACHS as related to accreditation of Imaging Departments.

Requirements:
  • Current registration to work as a Radiographer, with recent clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in staff performance management, conflict resolution, and team building expertise.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal and liaison skills.
