The Cookware Company has a global presence with high expertise in innovative cookware.

Our organization is vertically integrated, allowing us to manage both the production and distribution of our products across multiple regions. We have sales offices and state-of-the-art production facilities worldwide.

We're looking for a dynamic Head of Loyalty APAC, based in Sydney, to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role requires:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a loyalty context
  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a marketing or business field of study
  • Excellent business development skills, including the ability to identify new opportunities
  • A commercial and proactive mindset
  • Strong sales skills to communicate effectively with international clients
  • Ability to integrate seamlessly into a team, regardless of culture or location
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Negotiating and concluding long-term contracts with key clients
  • Monitoring client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Ensuring consistent pricing and accurate quotations
  • Managing a team of sales managers, account managers, program managers, and coordinators
  • Collaborating with Marketing to develop targeted activities for key accounts
