Marketing Director - APAC Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead our expansion in the Asian-Pacific region. This role requires strategic direction, operational execution, and team management to drive growth and impact across all major international indicators.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of broad-based marketing experience, with success launching products in new markets without an existing presence. They will also possess extensive knowledge across digital and traditional marketing channels, as well as understanding of localization and cultural perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and lead the strategic direction and operational execution of our expansion in APAC
  • Build Squarespace's cultural relevance through planning and executing strategic Community & Culture programs
  • Build and manage the APAC marketing team to implement holistic marketing plans
  • Hire and manage local partners or resources to secure their collaboration in marketing initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-10+ years of broad-based marketing experience in consumer tech or related industry
  • Success launching products in new markets without an existing presence
  • Experience managing agency partners
  • Extensive knowledge across digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Understanding of localization and cultural perspectives
