Professional Legal Advisor Wanted

The Talent Web Recruitment team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our client's collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with teams across various departments, including Development, Construction, Finance, Sales, and more.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal guidance, reviewing and drafting contracts, deeds, consultant agreements, supplier agreements, and other legal documentation. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and advising on legal agreements, NDAs, consultant, and supplier contracts
- Drafting standard legal documents and assisting with corporate governance matters
- Maintaining legal registers, legal templates, and company records
- Supporting the business with legal research and regulatory compliance updates
- Assisting in managing legal workflows and external legal communications
- Providing input on intellectual property and risk matters
Candidate Profile:
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- Admission to practice law in NSW with 1–3 years post-admission experience
- A strong background in commercial, property, construction, or REIT law (in-house or private practice)
- Excellent contract review and drafting skills
- Strong attention to detail with commercial acumen
- Ability to communicate legal concepts in plain language
- A practical, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
