As a Reception Agent, you play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. This is a dynamic and varied position that requires a service-focused personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Reception Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to requests, and providing exceptional customer service.
You will also have the opportunity to take initiative and add a personalized touch to each guest's stay. This may involve promoting hotel facilities, up-selling services, and finding ways to enhance the guest experience.
In this role, you will be working closely with other members of the team to ensure seamless operations and provide an exceptional level of service to our guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A service-focused personality is essential for success in this role.
- You must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system would be an asset.
- Fluency in English is required.
