Job Description\Entities of this role include greeting customers, handling rental bookings, and responding to inquiries. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing customer needs by actively listening and reviewing various add-ons and services to determine the best options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
  • Review in detail ABG's various add on's and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
  • Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
  • Answering customer questions and inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license, be able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service, and have previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles.
