Overview

Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Shamrock Hotel as our Restaurant/Bistro Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, the role focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of the bistro within a high-volume operation, leading a structured and enthusiastic team, and driving service excellence through hands-on leadership, induction, training and development.

Role Purpose

To lead through Redcape's purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on our key performance metrics. To support the Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment, induction, training, and development of Front of House staff.
  • Support and cascade the company's core values and behaviours within the business.
  • Develop processes to address customer feedback while acting as an ambassador of our membership program, Publinc Communities.
  • Work with the Leadership team to implement and manage operational expectations, training standards and policies.
  • Manage systems that support venue standards and customer experience.
  • Organise and coordinate promotional activities that support business strategies.
  • Maintain Workplace Health & Safety standards and necessary reporting.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience as a leader in a large food and beverage operation.
  • Ability to effectively lead a large and diverse team (ideally 2+ years).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for customer experience and authentic care.
  • Current/valid RSA Certification (RSG Preferred).
